Polson Leos Club Collected 240 Pounds of Food

The Leos Club of the Polson School collected 240 pounds of food in their recent drive to benefit the Madison Food Pantry.  The Leos Club is an extension of the Madison Lions Club and has been in existence at Polson since 2004.  Lou Tresselt and Barry Miller, president-elect of the Madison Lions for 2013-2014, are the club’s advisors.

About the Author

Christine Basler is a retired Spanish teacher (Westbrook High School) and has volunteered for MCS in more than one role. She has served on our Board of Directors and also dedicates some of her free time to staffing our food pantry. She's married to George Basler, another one of our directors. They live in Madison and spend part of their year enjoying the Florida sunshine.
